Known Limitations

Our secure client intake form is provided by a third-party, HIPAA-Compliant platform, Paubox, in order to protect client privacy and confidentiality. While we have tested this form for keyboard accessibility and have confirmed it can be fully navigated and submitted without a mouse, some elements of this third-party tool may be outside our direct control.
